How To Order
This website is our catalog, we do not produce any other catalogs or brochures.
We have tried to put very complete information about our products and services
online but if there is anything you need more information about you may call us
Mon-Fri 9 AM - 8 PM EST
at 787-825-6193, and if no one is available to take your call
at that moment you may
leave a message
and we'll get back to you as
soon as possible. We do return calls, but not repeatedly; another reason that
email is the best way to get answers. If we do not return your call it is
because your phone
number was not clearly recorded, so you may wish to try again at another time.

page. Please contact us if you have any
questions, but email is the best way to get answers always.

USING THE SHOPPING CART
You may use the shopping cart to check total prices with no obligation to buy.
Just add items to your cart and it will show you the total cost of your order.
The shipping costs for the items in your shopping cart are shown just below
and to the left of the contents of the shopping cart.
The amount for S&H depends on where the order is being shipped to. A pop-up
chart is available in the shopping cart so you can see what shipping zone you
are in based on the
first three digits
of your Postal Zip Code. Find the range for the first three
digits of your Postal Zip Code and the shipping zone (1, 6, 7 or 8) is shown
there. When you find your shipping zone you can see the shipping
cost for your order. The cart will show the total S&H,

If you wish to place an
order there are three steps to the ordering process:
1.
Choose the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping
cart. The shopping cart will send you a Customer Order Number by
email when you complete checkout. You will need the Customer Order
Number to place any order.
2.
At checkout you will need to select the shipping zone for your area and you
can choose the method of payment you prefer, all payment
methods are listed on this page with details.
3.
We will receive an email copy of your order from the shopping cart and your
order status will depend on the payment method you have
chosen.
Your order will be held as a pending order awaiting your
payment. Pending
orders are held for up to 12 days if Mail Order is selected as payment method.
Your order summary will be emailed
to you automatically at the email address you entered during checkout, this
does not signify that an order has been
placed. That email will contain your order details and we will also
receive a copy of that email.
When we receive your payment we will send an Order Confirmation email including
all details of your order and letting you know the
estimated
shipping date for
your order. The shipping date is not written in stone, it is our best estimate
of when your order can be completed based on our current workload and
expectations.
We do not charge your credit card until your order ships. You will receive
an automatically generated order summary from the shopping cart and an
automatically generated "OrderConfirmation" from Authorize.net. The Order
Confirmation email fromAuthorize.net only signifies that you have authorized a
purchase, not that you have been charged.
The automatically generated Order Confirmation email from Authorize.net does not
signify that you have an active order. You will receive a
personal Order Confirmation within 24 hours at the email address you entered
during checkout to let you know the status of your order.
If we cannot contact you by email to send an Order Confirmation, your order is
not activated.
When payment is received, your order is activated and you will receive a
personal Order Confirmation email with full details for your order.
The time to make any changes and to verify that your order will be what you
want is when you receive the personal Order Confirmation email.
CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS
We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Credit card and Debit Card orders are
accepted by mail or online through Authorize.net's secure processor. Credit
card orders and Debit card orders are treated the same; that is, we cannot
tell what type of Visa or MasterCard is used to place an order so if you are
using a debit card and you are debited immediately, we have no way of knowing
that. You would need to contact your card issuer with any questions. Either
way we do not receive any payment until your order has shipped. If you wish to

To order by credit or debit card,
please use the shopping cart to total your order and calculate the shipping
costs. It is important that you select the correct shipping
zone to avoid delays. A summary of your order will be emailed
to you instantly at the email address you entered during checkout
and we will receive a copy of your order; We use the Customer Order
number to process your order. To order by mail using your
credit card you will need to print and send a copy of the
Credit Card Order Form
. Please contact us if you have any questions.
To order by mail, include the completed Credit Card order form with your
Customer Order number sent to you at the email address you entered during
checkout. You will receive an Order Confirmation email to let you
know we have received your order and to list the details and
estimated
shipping date of your
order.
We do not charge your credit card account until your order ships. If you are
using a debit card your account may show funds withdrawn as soon as you place
your order.
That depends on your card issuer, we have not charged your account.
We will send an email with your shipment information when your order ships.
CHECKS / MONEY ORDERS BY MAIL
To order by mail, we need the Customer Order Number for your order which was
sent to you by the cart at checkout; please include it with your check or money
order. The address to mail to is sent to you in
the email order summary. We do not accept orders
without a Customer Order Number which is generated by the shopping
cart.
In general, mail orders take 7-10 days to arrive at our facility unless they
are sent by USPS Priority mail. Express Mail will not arrive more
than one day sooner, save your money. Money order payments are treated as
cash.
Personal checks are usually deposited on the first business day following
receipt and
can take up to 11 working days to be processed;
for this reason we suggest Postal Money Orders in place of personal checks,
but if you are willing to wait, you may pay with a personal
check. It can take
several weeks from the date you mail your check for your order to ship due to
different bank policies. As long as you don't mind, we don't
either.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS BY MAIL
To order by mail, we need the Customer Order Number for your order which was
sent to you by the cart at checkout; please include it with the
Credit Card Order Form
for your credit card information. We accept Visa and Mastercard
only. We do not accept orders
without a Customer Order Number which is generated by the shopping
cart.

GENERAL INFORMATION
About Shipping Charges
You need to select the shipping charges that apply to your shipping
zone. If you do not make a selection the cart will add the amount for
zone 8 but we will only charge the correct amount for your actual
zone. If you
choose a lower zone than where your order is being shipped to we cannot process
your order and we will send you a notification. We can charge you
less than the amount you have authorized but not more without further
authorization.
Note to AOL clients
We have had notices up regarding problems with AOL: emails not being received.
We have tried to get co-operation from AOL and AOL clients. We don't spam,
ever,
but we need to contact you to be sure we have all your order's details correct,
and to let you know WHEN to expect your order to be delivered. AOL treats all
email as spam by default and does not deliver legitimate emails to your inbox
unless the sender is in your address book or whitelist. We send order
information and it is not recieved so the client is left to wonder about their
order instead of having information that has been sent to them.
We no longer accept orders from AOL email clients, sorry. Please provide
an email address where you
can receive communications without problems, to avoid delays and
misunderstandings.
We have utmost respect for your privacy but if the wrong shipping zone is
selected during checkout (for example) we cannot process your order until we
receive
authorization. If we can't contact you, your order is cancelled.
For this reason we can no longer accept orders from AOL email clients.

Many email providers have very agressive spam filters in place so
that legitimate emails may not appear in your "INBOX". It is your
responsibility to be
aware of and adjust your email settings so that you can receive communications
regarding your order. Often you may find the 'missing' email in your SPAM/JUNK
MAIL/BULK MAIL folder. You can add our email to your 'whitelist' or check
your other folders - if you haven't received an email you are expecting from us
you could also let us know. This is a problem with "whitelist/approved list"
filters: how do you know what email to add to your list until you have received
the email? If your email provider sends us an email to join your list we do
not respond.
