Use of this website constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
We urge all clients to read this information.
Whether you are ordering from us or from another site you owe it to yourself
to read what the deal is before you buy. It is time well spent to
acquaint yourself with the place you would like to do business with.
PERSONAL CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS
We accept Personal Checks and Money Orders. To order by check or
money order, please use the shopping cart to total your order and calculate the
shipping costs. Orders with payment by check or money order are
considered to be pending orders and are not activated until your payment is
received. We hold pending orders open for 12 days to allow plenty of
time for mailing your payment. Pending orders expire and are no
longer valid after 12 days, payments will be returned. We use the
Customer Order Number to process your order. Please see the
How To Order
page or contact us for details or questions. To order by mail,
include payment in U.S. funds, including the shipping and handling fees with
your mail order. You will receive an Order Confirmation email to let
you know we have received your payment and activated your order and to list the
details and estimated shipping date of your order. We will send an email with
the Delivery
Confirmation number when your order ships. Your order will be
processed when your check has cleared which can take up to 11 business days,
for faster service use a money order. Returned checks are subject to
a $20.00 service charge.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Credit card orders are accepted
by mail or online through Authorize.net's secure processor. To
order by credit card, please use the shopping cart to total your order and
calculate the shipping costs. To order by mail or fax using your
credit card you will need to print and send a copy of the
Credit Card Order Form

Online ordering using Visa or Mastercard involves two steps: using the shopping
cart which is on our website and does not require secure pages, and then
transferring your browser to Authorize.net's secure site for your payment
information. No credit card
information is collected from you on our unencrypted pages. When you are asked
to enter your credit card information you will be on Authorize.net's secure server
where all sensitve information is securely encrypted for your
protection. Your
credit card information is not returned to our website, we do not maintain any
purchase information on our website at any time. All your personal
information
is encrypted and processed by Authorize.net on their state-of-the-art secure servers.
All purchases made on this website are deferred payment purchases, you are not
charged at the time you place an order; even items that ship the same day are
not charged until they actually ship. We are occasionally contacted
by clients
who notice that a deduction has been made from their account when an order is
placed and that depends entirely on the policies of your card issuer, not
us.
We do not charge your account until your order ships.
SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, with Insurance and a
Delivery/Signature Confirmation. The shopping cart will total your
order and include shipping, handling and insurance
charges, it requires you to select the proper shipping zone. A
shipping charge is added to each item that adds weight to the
shipment. Our shipping charges are based on actual costs plus a
handling charge to help cover the costs of packaging, and insurance fees. If
you would like to determine shipping costs you will
need to determine your shipping zone which is based on the
first three digits
of your zip code.

to determine your zone. Your Zip Code will not be listed, just
find the range that includes the first three digits of your zip

so that you can estimate your shipping charges without waiting to get to
checkout. Our orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage in
transit and all shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during
shipment. We will send an email with your shipment information when
your order ships. Insurance covers any damage that may occur during
shipping including complete loss of your shipment. Email us
immediately if your order is damaged during shipment. Any damages
must be reported by a letter, your letter is required by the insurer, and
photos of the damage will be needed as well.
BACKORDERS
Generally, we will make only one (1) shipment per order. If you are
ordering accessories and a custom product we may ask your permission to hold
accessories to ship with the rest of your order unless they need to be shipped
separately because of packaging requirements. If accessories need to ship
separately you may request that we ship them ahead of your other item/s. We
can ship most accessories immediately.
SHIPPING DATE
When you place an order we send an order confirmation with the estimated
shipping date. The estimated shipping date is an estimate, not a guarantee or
promise. Too many circumstances can interfere with the schedule to specify an
exact date in advance. We have no control over weather conditions and they can
play an important part in how soon wood products can be completed.
Occasionally we receive supplies that are not up to standards and they must be
replaced. When large numbers of orders are arriving daily it will mean that
each order is scheduled in order of arrival so an order that could be completed
in 10 - 12 days if begun immediately will be delayed, possibly by weeks, until
it reaches its "turn in line".
Your table is made by hand, by government certified artesanos and by law we
cannot hire help to produce our work. Our output is limited to what two people
can produce. In busy seasons we work over 12 hours a day frequently, including
weekends. If it is important to you to receive your table for a specific date
you must order well enough in advance to enable your order to be completed by
that date.
CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order we send an order confirmation with the estimated
shipping date. If you decide to cancel your order you must notify us
before
your order has shipped. In the case of custom made tables or tops
and WMD Dominoes, a notification is
required at least five days prior to your scheduled shipping date to avoid
charges for customization.
REFUNDS
When a refund is made it will be made in the same form as your payment: We
will issue money order refunds for check/money order payments and process
credit refunds for credit card payments.
INVALID ORDERS
Occasionally items are ordered that cannot be supplied as ordered, for example,
a custom graphic option ordered with no table. This is an
invalid order and will be voided. Before voiding an invalid order we
will contact you to let you know the problem in case there has been an error.
Please read the product description before placing an order to be sure that
what you are ordering is the item that you wish to order.
DAMAGES & ERRORS
All of our orders are packed carefully for shipment.
Email us immediately if your order is damaged during shipment so we can
provide detailed information on filing a claim. We will file the claim for you
but you will need to provide required information. Any
damages must be reported by letter, your letter is required by the
insurer as well as photos of the damage and all relevant information.
You will need to co-operate with the claim process for an insurance claim.
Without your input we can file no claim. Legally we have no responsibility
to file your claim for you, we do this as a service to our customers.
Ownership passes to you as soon as your order is shipped.
The merchandise is insured for its full cost. If there is an
error please contact us within 7 days. We will correct any error we
make at our expense. We are not responsible for customer errors,
please read your Order Confirmation before your order arrives as it contains
the information we have for your order. (This has happened more than
once). Just one more reason to
use a valid, active email address and read the Order Confirmation that we send.
The shopping cart automatically sends an order confirmation, this merely
confirms the order that you placed and does not confirm the details - or
acceptance-
of the order you placed.
RETURNS
No returns after 30 days without special authorization. Please email
for authorization before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized
returns may be subject to a 50% restocking fee to cover any additional
expenses caused by clients' actions. This includes unclaimed shipments that
are returned to us. Please include a copy of the
original invoice and a brief explanation. Exchanges should be
treated as a new order. Please include applicable shipping
charges and insurance. Shipping fees are paid to the USPS to
deliver your order and they are not refundable once that service has been
performed, we can only refund the price of your merchandise (the purchase
price).
RETURNS on personalized items or custom made orders
Permanently Customized (personalized / engraved) items are non refundable,
please ask any questions you may have before ordering. Laser
engraved items are non-refundable except in the case of our
error.
Merchandise will only be accepted for return if it does not
show any use and if the return has been authorized by Premio Game
Tables. There will be a deduction for materials used to customize
your order and any damage
caused by improper packaging for return.
WHOLESALE
We are unable to produce high quality tables in sufficient quantities for
wholesale prices however we do offer discounts for quantity purchases when
multiple purchases (more than 3 of the same item) are
ordered. Dominoes and accessories are not included in multi purchase
discounts. The discount is offered on the table price only as we
have no way to discount shipping charges and options are priced below cost.
Wholesale pricing is available for 12 or more imported items such as
dominoes, business documentation is required.
WARNING
THERE ARE ITEMS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE THAT SHOULD NOT BE LEFT IN THE REACH OF
SMALL CHILDREN. THESE ITEMS ARE INTENDED FOR ADULT OR ADULT
SUPERVISED USE.
DISCLAIMER
ALL PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS. HOWEVER, AS
THERE CAN BE NO CONTROL OF THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES
WHICH EXTEND AS TO THE RESULTS OBTAINED.
What this means in plain english is that we cannot control how a table is used
once it leaves our premises so we can't guarantee that nothing will
ever damage it.
GUARANTEES
Our Handmade Custom Tables are guaranteed to be as shown and represented in our
written descriptions and our pictures. We further guarantee that our
custom tables have no inherent defects that affect their purpose, which is a
game table. Wood is a product of nature and contains characteristics
such as differences of pattern and grain or solid knots. We work
hard to ensure that any natural defects are minimalized and that the end
product is the best that can be achieved.
If you are not satisfied with your table, return it to us within one week of
receiving it,
postage paid in original carton(s) and condition and we will refund your
purchase price.
This guarantee does not cover shipping damages which are covered by insurance.
Imported items are clearly marked on our website and carry no guarantee other
than accuracy of pictures and description.
