We would like to hear from you if you have comments, questions, feedback, whatever.

The best way to contact us is by email. We check in through the day and always respond as soon as possible and we respect your privacy. We have tried to put every bit of information relating to topics and policies here online so that our website can provide you with what you need to know. If we have left out some information we are happy to answer your questions, we just don't have a big office full of people to answer the phone, so please take a minute or two to email your questions, send your comments, feedback, complaints, whatever, we always reply. As clearly stated in our Privacy Policy, your personal information is never used except to respond to your questions.

If you cannot find the information you need on our site, email is fast and easy. You are not signing up to receive anything when you send us an email.
Please contact us if you have any questions, but email is the best way to get answers always.

We do not accept phone orders, please do not try to call to place an order.. Since Hurricane Maria in Sept. 2017 we do not even have a telephone line, and no idea when it will be restored....that's why we prefer email: You ask, we respond, everyone can go on with what they need to do.
