Make your Own Dominoes! Domino Templates and Bit

Woodworking is a very popular hobby - and dominoes is our very favorite game - the two interests combine in this little project. You can use any kind of wood you prefer to make these dominoes, if you're not sure what wood to use, you can order a set of domino blanks along with the template to start with. The blanks are sized just right to work with this template set so even if you're just starting out with woodworking you can make your own set of wooden dominoes.

The Template set lines up with the wood blanks, or you can cut your own wood blanks to fit the templates. Just clamp the templates to the wood, the holes show you where to drill and the special hex shank drill bit that comes with the templates makes perfect pips for your dominoes. When all the pips have been drilled you just unclamp the templates and cut your dominoes into the individual tiles. The guide notches show you exactly where to make the cuts. Complete detailed instructions are included so just about anyone can make their own wooden dominoes.

Imagine the surprise when you can give a set you made as a gift. You just can't buy dominoes that are made with the care you put into your own set! Two templates makes one full set of double-six dominoes (28 tiles). Includes two drilling templates and a spring-loaded, hex-shank Domino Drill Bit. Finished tiles measure approximately 1" x 2".
