NOTE: This is not an automated, scripted slideshow, it is DIY like most everything around here. You decide when to view the next part. To start the slideshow, click the first image. Each image will open in a larger view and have links to go to the next image or go back to this page.

Along with a picture of how to do it, there are instructions on each page, and information about the equipment and settings that were used to produce the racks you see being made. Technically, this isn't a slideshow because it doesn't use anything fancy to make it work, it isn't automatic. Just view a page and click to see the next page when you're ready. From this page you can view any of the pages, from the rest of the pages, there is only a link to Previous Page or Next Page or back to this page.

TIPS: When you make your racks, don't throw away the block that you cut out of the original blank. Keep it to use when you want to sand your new racks. You can wrap a quarter sheet of sandpaper around the block and sand the inner "cutout" part with a perfectly fitting little sanding block.
Idea #2: When you have made so many racks that you have lots of the cutout pieces, you can glue the long edges together with a high quality wood glue from Rockler, keeping the narrowest edge inside and create a planter basket to dress up an ugly flower pot in rustic style - or to keep your small tools handy in the shop. Your imagination is the only limit to getting creative with wood.
